Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal information or messaging data to third parties. Typical retention periods are as follows: • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and up to 90 days after account closure or termination. • Messaging & API Data: Communication logs processed via WhatsApp Business API or other third-party integrations are retained only for the period required to deliver the contracted service, and are permanently deleted within 30 days of service termination or client request. • Billing & Transaction Data: Retained for up to 5 years to comply with applicable tax and financial regulations. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@mdarx.com or by submitting a deletion request through our website. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will permanently erase your data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We will also instruct any third-party sub-processors to delete relevant data accordingly.
