Data Privacy & ControlIn accordance with Meta Platform terms and data protection regulations, Mdar X provides full transparency and control over your personal data. Below are instructions for requesting complete data deletion.
Overview & Data We Process
Mdar X provides digital infrastructure, AI automation, and WhatsApp Business API integration solutions. In providing these services, we may process account details (such as your name, business email, and company name) and communication logs processed through Meta/WhatsApp APIs on behalf of authorized clients. We do not sell or monetize this data under any circumstances.
Method 1: Revoke Permissions via Facebook Settings
If you connected an account or authorized an integration via Facebook Login or Meta Business Tools, you can automatically revoke access and trigger data deletion directly from your Facebook account: 1. Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings. 2. In the sidebar, select Apps and Websites. 3. Search for "Mdar X" or the corresponding app integration. 4. Click the "Remove" button. 5. Confirm the removal and check the option to request that Mdar X delete your user data.
Method 2: Submit a Deletion Request Directly to Mdar X
You can request immediate and permanent deletion of your data by contacting our Data Protection Officer directly: • Email your request to support@mdarx.com with the subject line: "User Data Deletion Request". • Include your registered name, email address, phone number associated with WhatsApp integrations, or client account ID. • Our support team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and initiate the erasure process.
Deletion SLA & Retention Rules
Upon receipt and identity verification of your deletion request: • Production Records: All personal information and communication logs are permanently deleted from active databases within 30 days. • Backups: Residual encrypted backup copies are purged in accordance with our automated 90-day retention cycle. • Legal Exceptions: Only records required by statutory Egyptian tax, accounting, or audit laws are retained for the legally mandated period.
